Combat Fitness

Invasions and assaults – High energy obstacles, climbing, crawling, running, balancing and jumping. Every technique is needed to take on the challenging junior obstacles. Children are split into teams to conquer territories and play against opposing teams in mini competitions.

Rapid circuits – Compete against the clock to keep score and compete against other teams testing children’s fitness to the maximum through interchangeable exercises and group tasks.

Nurf Zone – The popular children’s foam dart game combines all of the above into a series of fantastic rapid invasion tasks where children work in teams taking part in a set of tactical assaults. Game types include capture the flag, elimination, defending or attacking points / areas, capturing objectives and scenario play.

Themes – Each day at the Combat Fitness Games has a set theme such as marvel super hero’s, star wars and alien invasions.



All children taking part in the Combat Fitness Games are provided with safety equipment and supervised by experienced Instructors at all times to ensure all children’s needs are met in a fun & safe environment. Instructors hold Sport and Leadership Qualifications, full DBS checks, Child Protection Certified and are First Aid Trained. Children are split into age groups with all equipment provided.

Games take place in both an indoor and outdoor facility with a need for spare change of clothes to be provided.


To conclude the course each child is presented on Friday afternoon with a certificate and the chance to win an award. Your child must attend the full course to receive ad certificate and award.

Children must be 7-11 years old and all parents must pre-book.

Please ensure that your child brings with them a healthy packed lunch and plenty to drink. Sports Wear and a Spare Change of Clothes is also needed.


If you have already made a booking you may wish download complete the following PDF form. Please bring your completed form with you when you drop off your child for their first session. Doing so will save time on the morning which may be helpful if you need to get to work.
